CODE OF CONDUCT

1. Upholding Clan Values 

Members must always uphold and embody the values of the Crowne Pointe Clan, which include teamwork, respect, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. 

2. Representation in Gaming 

While gaming, members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that positively reflects the clan. This includes demonstrating sportsmanship, respecting opponents, and adhering to game rules. 

Members must avoid any behavior that could be considered cheating, exploiting, or otherwise gaining unfair advantage. 

3. Behavior in Public Forums 

Members are representatives of the Crowne Pointe Clan in all public forums, including social media, gaming forums, and live events. 

Members should communicate respectfully and constructively, avoiding any form of harassment, discrimination, or inflammatory conduct. 

4. Conduct in Competitive Settings 

In competitive play, members are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism. This includes punctuality for matches, respecting tournament rules, and accepting outcomes gracefully. 

Communication during competitive play should be strategic, supportive, and free from derogatory or negative remarks towards teammates or opponents. 

5. Interactions Within the Clan 

Members should foster a supportive and inclusive environment within the clan. This includes helping other members, sharing knowledge, and being open to constructive feedback. 

Bullying, harassment, or any form of disrespect towards fellow clan members is strictly prohibited. 

6. Conflict Resolution 

Any disputes or conflicts within the clan should be addressed through proper channels. Members are encouraged to seek resolution through discussion with involved parties or by escalating the matter to clan leadership if necessary. 

7. Reporting Misconduct 

Members are encouraged to report any observed violations of this code of conduct to the clan leadership. Reports will be handled with confidentiality and fairness. 

8. Consequences of Code Violations 

Violations of this code may result in disciplinary actions, which could include warnings, temporary suspensions, or even expulsion from the clan, depending on the severity of the infraction. 

9. Commitment to Improvement 

Members are encouraged to continuously strive for personal improvement, not only in gaming skills but also in upholding the principles of this code of conduct. 

By joining the Crowne Pointe Clan, members agree to adhere to this code of conduct, thereby committing to a standard of excellence and respect both in and out of the gaming environment.
