GUILD LEADERSHIP

1. High Regent (Guild Leader) 

Role: The High Regent is the ultimate authority in the guild, responsible for overarching strategies, guild vision, and maintaining the culture and values of the community. This leader makes the final decisions on alliances, major events, and direction of the guild’s growth. 

Qualifications: Exceptional leadership skills, extensive gaming experience, a history of contributions to the community, and a clear understanding of both competitive play and team management. 

 

2. Archon Circle (Senior Officers) 

Role: The Archon Circle is comprised of key senior officers who assist the High Regent in strategic decision-making and overall guild management. Each Archon specializes in a specific area, such as recruitment strategies, event coordination, training programs, or external relations with other guilds and the gaming community. 

Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership ability within the guild, specialized expertise in their area of responsibility, a strong commitment to the guild's objectives, and a proven track record of contributing positively to the guild's growth and community spirit. 

 

3. Knight Commanders (Officers) 

Role: Knight Commanders are responsible for the execution of the guild’s strategies and directives. They lead by example, manage smaller teams or guild chapters, and are the go-to for conflict resolution and member support. 

Qualifications: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, a good track record in guild activities, and the ability to manage teams effectively in a gaming context. 

 

4. Elite Sentinels (Veteran Members) 

Role: The Elite Sentinels are honored members who have shown loyalty and skill. They often act as mentors to lower-ranked members and may lead by delegation from the Knight Commanders. 

Qualifications: Dedication to the guild, a high skill level in games, and a willingness to assist in mentoring and leading newer members. 

 

5. Scribe of Records (Administrator) 

Role: This role is responsible for maintaining the guild's records, including membership rosters, event logs, and achievement tracking. They also manage communication channels and ensure information is up-to-date. 

Qualifications: Organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with guild management software, and a commitment to the guild's history and legacy. 

 

Each role in this structure not only carries a set of responsibilities but also embodies the values and objectives outlined in the guild’s mission and vision statements. Leaders should not only excel in their gameplay but also demonstrate qualities that align with the guild's culture of education, competition, and teamwork.
